What’s the difference between membership tiers?

Each tier at Copenhagen Closet determines how many items you can borrow at once and the value range of those items — higher tiers allow access to more and higher-value pieces.

Why is there a minimum membership commitment?

Copenhagen Closet is built on member engagement. A minimum commitment helps ensure that you experience a variety of items from the collection rather than joining for one-off use.

Where does Copenhagen Closet ship?

We currently ship within our core service regions, with options for standard delivery included in your membership. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes — in addition to standard shipping included in your membership, expedited options like express delivery are available for an extra cost at checkout.

How long can I keep an item I borrow?

You're welcome to keep items for as long as you would like, but to provide maximum value to all members, we ask that items remain with you for at least 30 days before you swap or return them.

What if an item arrives damaged or gets damaged while I have it?

Basic coverage for normal wear and tear is included with your membership. You may also have the option to upgrade your coverage for additional protection.

Can I buy an item I’m borrowing?

Absolutely! If you fall in love with something, members receive the option to purchase items from the collection at a special member price, and part of your membership may contribute toward that purchase.

How do I return my borrowed items?

Returns are easy — simply pack your item with the provided label and ship it back via your selected carrier. You can also generate a return label from your account if needed.

Can I freeze or cancel my membership?

Yes. You can freeze your membership for a small monthly fee and reactivate it whenever you’re ready. After the minimum commitment period, you can cancel your membership following our standard process.
