Copenhagen Closet is a Danish designer-bag members’ club. Approved members get access to a curated selection and can rent one bag at a time.

Create a profile, accept the terms, and complete Stripe Identity and payment setup in the application. We review every application manually. If approved within 14 days, the membership is created and the first payment is attempted automatically.

No, submitting a membership application is free. Payment only begins if you are approved and actively start your membership.

Membership costs DKK 999 per month including VAT. It includes the rental of one bag at a time and standard shipping under the applicable membership terms.

The minimum term is 3 paid months. You pay DKK 999 including VAT one month at a time, making the minimum total during the initial term DKK 2.997 including VAT. Membership then continues month by month.

Copenhagen Closet offers membership and delivery to customers in Denmark. The delivery options available to you are shown when you place your order.

Delivery is included in the membership price.

You keep the bag for at least 30 days from documented delivery. After that, you can keep it or start a swap while your membership remains active.

You can add Cleaning Protection for DKK 100 per month, pause your membership for DKK 100 per pause month, or use Quick Swap for DKK 500 per extra swap. All prices include VAT, and the specific terms are shown before purchase.

Yes. Selected bags are available to buy, and you do not need to be a member or to have rented the bag first. Visit Buy designer bags and contact us at info@copenhagencloset.dk for a price or to make an offer. Price, delivery and purchase terms are agreed with us before the purchase is completed.

Start the return from your profile, pack the bag securely, and use the return method provided. Always follow the instructions supplied with your return.

You can cancel your membership from your profile. During the first 3 paid months, the agreed monthly payments continue because of the minimum term. Access ends at the end of the final paid period.
