Membership and user terms

When you submit the application, you electronically accept the membership and user terms and ask us to store your payment method with Stripe. You are not charged on submission. If we approve your application within 14 days, we may create the membership and charge the first monthly payment automatically. The membership is then charged monthly under the terms. If your bank requires additional authentication, you must complete it before the membership becomes active.

Supplementary terms dated 10 September 2026

If you choose Cleaning Protection with your first membership, you pay DKK 100 including VAT per month together with the membership fee. The add-on applies from the first approved payment. For an add-on purchased when joining, this start date replaces the provision in clause 13 referring to the next ordinary payment date. If added later, the start date and the requirement for return or condition inspection in clause 13 apply. Cleaning Protection may be cancelled with effect from the next ordinary payment date. The other terms in clause 13, including scope, exclusions and the absence of retrospective cover, continue to apply. Cleaning Protection is not insurance.
