Membership and user terms

Basis costs DKK 650 per month including VAT and provides access to Basis bags. Premium costs DKK 999 per month including VAT and provides access to both Basis and Premium bags. Every bag belongs to one collection. Both memberships include one bag at a time, standard delivery and returns for ordinary swaps in Denmark, subject to availability.

Payment is monthly in advance. There is no initial minimum term. The first paid month costs DKK 650 for Basis or DKK 999 for Premium, plus any separately selected add-ons. This does not limit statutory withdrawal rights.

You choose your membership, accept the terms, verify your identity and save a payment method with Stripe. No payment is taken when you submit the application. If approved within 14 days, your separate consent allows us to attempt the first monthly payment automatically, including selected add-ons. After that, payment is monthly until cancellation. Later approval requires renewed confirmation of price, terms and payment.

Previously approved applicants who have not paid can verify their identity from their profile, choose a membership and accept the terms and payment in checkout. Approval alone does not activate a paid membership. Access to rentals starts only after payment is confirmed, including any authentication required by your bank.

Cancel at any time through your profile or by emailing info@copenhagencloset.dk. Membership ends at the end of the current paid monthly period. You receive confirmation of the effective date. No three-month payment commitment applies.

Hand the bag to GLS using our return label within three calendar days after membership ends. You may return earlier when cancelling, including within the first 30 days after delivery, without buying Quick Swap. Documented, timely return using the prescribed method does not cause a further membership charge merely because transport takes longer. Ordinary cancellation does not refund the current paid period; statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Ordinary swaps are available after 30 calendar days from documented delivery. This is a swap rule, not a membership minimum term. Earlier ordinary swaps require a separately purchased Quick Swap at DKK 500 including VAT. Earlier return for cancellation, withdrawal or an agreed pause does not require Quick Swap.

A separately chosen pause lasts one to six months and costs DKK 100 per month including VAT instead of the ordinary membership fee. There is no initial minimum term before you may request a pause. The bag must be returned as described in clause 6. At the end of the pause, the same membership resumes automatically at its agreed monthly price: Basis DKK 650 or Premium DKK 999, unless a subsequent price change has been agreed or notified under clause 19. You may cancel during a pause.

Cleaning Protection is optional at DKK 100 per month including VAT. When selected with your first membership, it starts with the first confirmed payment. Later additions start no earlier than the next ordinary payment date and require return or an approved condition check if you already have a bag. Cancellation of the add-on takes effect on the next ordinary payment date.

It is not insurance and has no retrospective effect. Clause 13 defines eligible professionally cleanable stains, the limits and exclusions. Repair, permanent damage, loss and theft are not covered.

For distance contracts, a 14-day withdrawal period generally runs from conclusion of the agreement. Starting the service during that period requires your express request. If you withdraw, proportionate payment for the service already provided may apply only where the legal conditions are met. Clause 18 and Appendix 1 contain the full instructions and withdrawal form.

Publishing this version does not itself change an earlier agreement. A transition to Basis or Premium must be agreed and documented separately. The full Danish terms also cover care, condition, liability, claims, complaints and other contractual provisions.
